I am the owner of Seven Counseling & Wellness, LLC. I launched my private practice during the pandemic to serve and provide counseling services to adolescents, adult women, and foster children who have issues with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and suffer with trauma. I had the pleasure of attending Workshop of Dr. Tanisha Guy this past weekends. I was so amazed by the first workshop which helped me identify triggers that I have and understand the origin in which they may have came from. I am still in awe from the second workshop from this past Saturday which Dr. Guy gave me great insight about my attachment style and my communication habits.
